The focus of the spring/summer maintenance service is to ensure all cooling components are in good shape and ready to keep your AC functioning at its best. During this visit we typically look at and repair (as needed) the following: check the condensate drain to ensure it is not clogged/broken, inspect all electrical components such as capacitors and contactors, check temp split, and check refrigerant pressures.
Similarly, the fall/winter maintenance service ensures that all heating components are operational and ready to warm your home. During this visit we typically look at and repair (as needed) the following: check the condensate drain to ensure it is not clogged/broken, inspect all electrical components, check gas/propane pressure, and assess all burner components.
